Email your book list with titles and ISBNs. You can use our order form template (Excel), or simply send your own list in any format.
Receive a quote
We check availability in Taiwan and reply with an itemized quote in U.S. dollars, including an estimated delivery window.
Confirm your order
Approve the quote with a purchase order or written confirmation. We then place the order with our suppliers in Taiwan.
Receive your books
Your order is consolidated, shipped, and delivered to your library. An invoice follows, payable on standard library terms.
Delivery time: most orders arrive within 1 to 3 months of confirmation. The exact timing depends on whether titles are in stock in Taiwan and how long publishers need to restock. We include our best estimate with every quote and keep you posted along the way.
