Let us know when you send your list. In some cases we may be able to help locate a secondhand copy through channels in Taiwan; this is handled case by case and we cannot guarantee availability. If we do find a copy, we confirm its condition and price with you before purchasing.

Yes. We accept purchase orders from U.S. libraries and library systems, and we invoice in U.S. dollars. A W-9 and any vendor registration paperwork your institution requires are available on request.

We invoice in U.S. dollars after shipment, payable within 30 days (Net 30) unless other terms are agreed in writing. We accept payment by check or ACH bank transfer. A W-9 is available on request.

Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 months of confirmation. The timing depends on whether the titles are in stock in Taiwan and how long publishers need to restock. We include an estimated delivery window with every quote.

Books ship in their original condition, including the publisher's shrink wrap where present, for protection in transit. If you prefer, we can remove shrink wrap, obi strips, and loose promotional inserts (bookmarks, postcards, stickers) before shipping at no charge, and check each copy for defects, so your books arrive ready for processing. Supplements that are part of the work, such as maps, booklets, or discs, are always kept. Just let us know your preference when you confirm your order.

We welcome orders of all sizes, though larger consolidated orders ship more economically. Contact us and we will find the most cost-effective option for your list.
